Estimated SSA (what 1000-rated players would average) from the White tees is 57.7. That's roughly 8.4 ratings points per stroke... which means a 66 would be ~930, and a 69 would be ~905... that puts you squarely in Intermediate (MA2).

Alright, gang...we've got 32 pre-registered as of today...that means we've got 52 spots left, so there's plenty of room if you haven't signed up yet!

So is that 84 total a firm cap?

As of last night there were 49 signed up....a few more are coming in today & online will close around suppertime today, so get on the stick if you're going that route! Still looks like we should have at least 20 slots open for walk-ups (unless there's a big online flurry today!)....see you Birdshooters out there in the morning!

Yeeeee haaaaa! We've got a Grandmaster division! 7- players! This is gonna rock!

Thanks to all of you guys that signed up early! I'll sleep good tonight knowing that the MPG division is made! We're gonna have a good time now that the weather forecast has improved so much! 10% chance today and tomorrow! ...and as a bonus, we got just under a 1/2 inch of rain yesterday, so it shouldn't be too bad out there.

My advice to all cards is that you might want to have someone on each card spotting on holes #4, #7 and #8. That grass is long, deep and difficult to find a disc in.

See everyone out there in the morning!

Larry

Ha! Got to love the details of a Jubin-explanation. Or Jubinlanation.

Thanks for getting the scores posted, birdshot. Par is set at 54 instead of the 63 it was, does that make a difference?

What tees did you play? Looks like many scores improved the 2nd rounds.
