Charlie: 2/29/00 - 12/6/12
The Colonel's best friend and the greatest disc golf dog ever. I'll always love ya, buddy. I hope we'll be together again one day.

I'm so sorry to hear this Colonel...Charlie was a good dog and great companion. It is my hope that he is able to hook up with Karma and play like they used to...I hope they'll be waitin' for us when we get there too.
Your friend, Larry

Oh no, Ching, when did you lose Karma? I'm sorry to hear that, brother.
Thanks for the kind words. I'm certain that we'll be with them again.

We had to put her down in May. She was 14 years old... All in all, I think she enjoyed a pretty good life and she was my best companion for all of those years.
As lame as she was, near the end of April she still managed to kill a rat in the backyard. You could see how proud she was about getting it too - she strutted around the patio with it in her mouth like she was a pup again. She was our protector until the end. Charlie was one of the dogs she liked a lot...they spent many hours sniffing everything they could find in your backyard on Golf and up at the Snow Farm. Larry

She was an awesome girl, no doubt. That's great she was chasing down rats up to the near end.
I'm not sure what happened to Charlie. I stepped over him at 3:00 in the morning in the hall and he was breathing kind of funny. I didn't think much of it because they sometimes do that when they're dreaming. He was still breathing that way at 5:30 and he didn't move when I called him. He was limp when I picked him up. I carried him into the living room. He lasted about 10 minutes and died with me holding him. I believe he waited for me. Funny thing is that the evening before, it was the same as always. When I got home. He brought me his ball and chased it out into the back yard. There was no warning at all.
