Jake,

I am thankful that the course is almost complete and I do appreciate all the hard work you and the others have put in. I think the course is great and cant wait to compete on it. I hope we start having more compititions on that course. Maybe once the course is completely ready we can re-design the old course. I have several ideas I would like to putt at you guys. I think Jack Brooks will become an elite place to play real soon.

That explains why BR felt so bland last week. Gonna miss his purple and gold attire at tournaments.

Naked Bird will be missed too!

Matt, yes, he used to run about one event a month for many many years in BR. They are sure missing him round those parts, such a high bar to be judged against.

Jake, I just wanted to let you & everybody know that none of the courses that we played at Worlds in Ohio last week were as difficult as yours! On the way back home we played Idlewild in Burlington, Kentucky which has been touted as one of the most difficult courses in the nation....it probably is! Some courses are long....some are technical...that one was both in one!!!! But I just wanted to say that the Brooks Cedar Hills design is a great challenge & should be considered a championship course...especially when all the boxes & tee signs are finished. Good job...again!
