I just had a quick question about people play the tee shot on hole 5? I think this is the toughest tee shot on the course and I was just wondering how other people tackled it?

ahh ok, simple enough! So can most people just go up and over that big tree (oak?) right in front? I pretty much suck so far and don't think I could make it, lol. I usu try to go underneath, but there's not much room. I think a roller could work pretty well, but I'm not very good at that yet either, lol.

Most people don't go over the big tree. They go to the right of it and then the disc naturally fades left (if you are a righty) and select an overstable disc. This kind of throw is called a hyzer.

I throw a forehand skipper off the path. Usually have to wait until the people clear out, of course

nomad, yeah I think that's probably the best option for me! I was back the other day and I managed to keep it under the branches of the tree in front with FH, though I just missed 'ridin' the path, lol. Thanks for the feedback! |
