Default Leaning tree on #13 is finally gone

A tree that was leaning over and blocking the fairway on #13 has been taken out . I haven't seen it yet, but those are the reports I am receiving. I am going out there to play tomorrow to play and I will check it out. Here is a pic of the whole and you can see the leaning tree I am talking about:

is that pretty much how the course is? Doesn't seem to bad and looks to be fairly shady. Has anyone noticed the spiders are not at oak meadows? must not be residents. doh!

There are not too many Spiders out at Kingwood either. I counted just a handful last Sunday. Usually this time of year, there are spiders every 10ft.
