They are playing the shorts the first few weeks due to daylight hours. As they drop two scores, you can still sign up this week, the second week of the series.

I threw the weirdest shot on Sunday hole 11, as I putted I landed on top of the basket but the disc caught the pole and spun around the pole like 5-10 times picking up speed before flying off about 20'! Shot of the day and I didn't even make the putt!

League will be suspended this Saturday February 26th for the Jack Brooks work day. Please come out and help prepare it for Texas States, a National Tour event. Dates will be extended to still make this a 6 week league.
From Billy Gilbert on HFDS message board Don't forget to tell everyone you know to come out & lend a hand this Saturday....let's plan on meeting at the parking lot & pavillion over by the Veterans Memorial around 9:00. People with trucks please bring wheelbarrows, your friends & neighbors wheelbarrows and your friends & neighbors! If the weather is cooperative, we will be pouring as many boxes as possible....if, for some reason, we can't pour then we will finish forming ALL of the boxes left to be formed (hopefully, right?). Bring shovels, rakes, gloves and a willingness to work & get this thing done for States! Birdshot will buy pizza for lunch & bring drinks & water....HFDS has some swag for people who come out in the morning & work all day....please come & show your support like a local disc golf family should! |

Conrad, I had no idea you were planning on doing that...how very cool! What will be even cooler is if all you league players come out to Brooks to help...we'd be extremely grateful if you did!
