Default Usdgc 2009

Anyone have any reports about how things are going for our local/Texas guys at USDGC? I saw the scores, but I was just wondering if we had any inside scoops about what is going on over there.

Dixon, Miles, and JD are doing well and should finish strong the next few rounds. I had 10 bogies today including the 1st two holes on SHORT putts, a quad bogey 8 with 2 OBs and a nasty spit followed by a double bogey 6 with an OB and triple putt.

I had 1 par from hole 5 on and only 2 for the whole round. Saw Dixon when I was on 16 and was encouraged to go with my layup idea on 17 but I threw 2 shots OB from where I laid my 1st shot at.

It was my most roller coastery round ever. 1050 golf for 1/2 the round and 960 golf for the rest.

The Quad bogey hurt since it wiped away my 4 birds in a row and the dub right after made me want to cry.

The feeds are up from yesterday and today, that shows a good bit of the tournament. Rob had a good interview on air about the documentary today as well. If you want inner workings, watching the feeds is the way to go, 5700 people would agree (todays log in numbers)

If any one can answer this trivia question about the USDC they receive a custom mini from W.T.F. Productions.

Only one person in the tournament took a 7 on hole one, who was it and explain the throws. Rob Engle is not able to enter this contest.

One more question, for you searchers, who birdied hole 18 for the first 3 rounds and didn't make it 4. Pretty impressive for that hole.

Worth a whoooraa, cause you can look it up.

Nikko finished where at Worlds in Des Moines, and where is he now, what a transformation.

Give someone who wasn't there a try to see if anyone was paying attention. If no one has the right answer before tomorrow you get to answer and win the mini.
