Congrats to all that had a pay out and a big Congrats to Seth Johnson and Scott Coleman for their 1st place win in MA1 and to Old Skool Kenny and Doug for their 1st place win in MA2. Houston represented big out there this year. MA2 was close. Sudden death play off for 1st place and a 3 way tie for 3rd place and a play off for the trophy as well that Tom Yocky and Jamison Pugh won. I had a blast and it was nice to see the tee-pee there for the last year. See everyone at States.

Once again it was a blast & a great pleasure to see everyone out there having a great time & playing some good golf on a beautiful weekend! Much thanks to Randon, Gordo, Larry & the rest of the staff who made it all possible! Whoever takes over running this thing has much to live up to!! I know there's been debate how Texas States is always at the same place....don't ever move Texas Dubs to anywhere else! It wouldn't be the same anywhere else! If nobody else steps up to run it, please don't hesitate to call Birdshot....

I've fooled the PDGA onlinie scoring system into taking the results of the Am Doubles weekend.
You should be able to find them here: Folks, http://www.pdga.com/tournament-resul...ngs=1#Advanced The ratings don't look right to me, but at least they are up there and posted.

I've never seen doubles rounds/tournaments rated. This is just for "informational" purposes?

"Worst shot" format probably generates reasonably accurate round ratings if you use the player-rating of the lower rated player. For "alt shot" you probably need to use some average of the partners' player-ratings to get somewhere close to accurate round ratings. And obviously doing all of that is via the supported PDGA system is impossible. You'd have to do it outside the system in your own spreadsheet. |

It's good to see all the scores, whether the ratings are messed up or not (and they probably are!)....thanks, Larry!
