Best/Worst Holes in Houston

Hey all - Just thought I would spark some debate, get the minds fired up..

What would you say is the best hole in all of Houston? (scenic, well designed, etc)

Worst Hole? (Poorly designed, disc eater, etc..)

I will offer the first opinion here -

Best Hole in Houston - # 16@ Wilmont - Good length (500+), and a nice drop in elevation - a rarity in Houston.
Runner Up - #8 @ Terramont

Worst Hole in Houston - #2 @ Mozola
Runner Up - #9 TC Jester

The problem with #2 at Mozola is not the design of the hole or the shot itself, its the slippery teebox that causes people to lose their footing and throw a bad shot on what is really just a nice 350ft anhyzer.

In my opinion #16 at the links is a very good hole. It takes a good drive and a upshot over water.

Hadnt been playing much the past few years,but thats being changed. After seeing #2 on Mazola aced it became one of my favorite holes. 16 on Willy is always fun too. #2 on Moffit if thrown with a helix is imo a sweet looking shot...

Best-#5 Mozola-Nestle drive just short of creek with a nice overhead second shot. What is a disc golf hole without the risk of water? Plus the scenic view of downtown in the backdrop.

Worst-#2 Mozola-Enough has been said....expcept the creek to left has at least 5 of my discs. I hate that hole!!!

At Moffit I like hole 18. It is a pretty long hole with some trees. It is one of the more challenging holes on the course

• #1 First Colony Aquatic Center
• #8 TC Jester Park
• #8 Tom Bass Regional Park - Wilmont
• #7 The Lil' LINKS at Quail Valley
• #10 The LINKS Largo at Quail Valley
• #16 The LINKS Largo at Quail Valley
• #9 Jack Brooks Park

Least liked holes:

• #4 Shawshank
• #11 Spring Valley DGC

Favorite hole I think is #3 at Terramont. I like when you hit the distance just right and it curves right into the chute for that easy bird.

Worst hole is hard. I know water on #8, 9, and 10 and Oak Meadow has claimed a fair number of my discs, but I still like the challenge...

Least fav is old 6 at mozola. Short open the only challenge was going for the ace and leaving yourself to long to keep the birdie.
There are two many fav's to pick just one. Hole 1 p9 @ spring valley is great, hole 9 on king quail was a personal fav, I also would agree about sixteen at bass. That is a hole where you learn your whole bag.
