Good grief!

It would be cool to actually see the scorecard. You have any details on what holes he decimated? (Sounds like the majority of them.)

Scooter said he only bogeyed #4 with 10 birds.

Freakin amazing.

(And to think I was just happy I finally drove #7!)

i was on his card. just a typical round for dixon. nothing huge, just consistency with all of those rocs. he even had a bad spit out on #11 that would have put him -13

See these baskets always spit at least one shot during a good round!

I am also sorry to see the course getting shredded so early but that is what happens when 16 holes are birdiable for a 950+ player.

Scooter (matt) - feel free bother to donate the funds to put the extra chains in. I hope you plan to come out and help us put in the concrete pads.

I am not sorry at all. I am thrilled that such a class act as Dixon has the course record. GO DIXON!!

Well for the other 90+% of the world it's still a challenging course.

I wouldn't call it a challenging course necessarily. After a few rounds out there, you really get the hang of how it plays, and like matt said, almost every line becomes a birdie opportunity. That doesn't mean you're going to hit every birdie, but guys like dixon and matt who play more consistently and can always hit their lines and bang in putts have a much better chance of shooting lower out there. There's not a single hole out there that can't be birdied (except #2, and #13 until it's adjusted), you just have to execute.

Personally I am really enjoying the course a lot. It keeps drawing me back even though it's 30 mins away. Right now -2 to -4 is a solid round for me. I know I can shoot better, I just haven't put together a good enough round yet.

-12 WOW!
-9 - Amazing!

Great course.
Any under par round is a good round in my opinion. It's challenging throughout with possible big trouble on almost every hole.

I shot a -1 and +1. I know I'll be happy to shoot under par out there.
