Default Concrete Tee Pads A Go

Just got word from my general contractor friend... looks like a tractor/ bobcat will be digging out the 18 tee pads areas today. A crew will be forming them up later today and pouring concrete tomorrow. Yeah!!!

Looks like we aren't going to need any help, but thanks to everyone who has mentioned that they would when the time came.

I guess the course needs to be closed tomorrow???

Soon, nothing is holding us back from a mini tourney sometime in the future.

With 18 holes Birdshot would probably be interested in running a sanctioned event sometime on next year's schedule....with the church's approval, of course! Sounds great!!!

Definitely, we would love to host an event! It is actually only 9 disc catchers with 2 tee pads per hole, but I have a few extra holes in mind (on the front of the church property) that would increase our ability to host a bigger field.

I wasn't able to supervise the first 8, so 2 aren't facing the catchers correctly. Looks like we will have redo them.

Bummer, but that's what happens when you have guys that are professionals that never have done disc golf stuff. Oh well, we have to look at the positive I guess we will have 16 that are correct by days end.

Did they pour the concrete too or just dig the holes?? Sounds like concrete. If so that's kind of a bummer. But 16 is better than 0 and the 2 bad ones just have very short run-ups.
