The per hole maps are cute, but not really very useful. What players need are printable, full course overview maps with holes numbered and distances listed.

They're more useful if you are looking at them using a GPS capable device and you're playing the hole you're looking at.

The weather seems to be shaping up nicely for this Saturday. If anybody's on the fence about this I'd recommend getting up early and playing it, especially the locals. It's a great piece of property for disc golf. I'll be hitting up the Kolache Factory for some delicious breakfast to go, and heading straight out there.

EZ directions for those of you without a GPS device.....I-45 south to Bay Area Blvd. exit.....head east over the freeway (that's the 2nd right turn BTW)....cross Hwy. 3.....go through the light at El Camino Real...next light will be Diana, take a left (you'll go right by the courthouse where I work!)...go through 1st stop sign (Ramada)....2nd stop sign is Reseda, take a right....you'll see the parking lot for the now defunct Clear Lake Golf Club on your right! If you're bringing a basket, try to be there no later than 7:30 please....we're hoping to have a big group show up!

Or take El Dorado east from 45 until you get to Diana. Turn right on Diana and take the first left (Reseda). Park in the parking lot on the right.

Also note: There are no public restrooms on the course. The closest are at the Freeman Library on Diana.

Bathrooms... I saw lots of trees on the map. Almost everyhole has a bathroom on it. lol

Ladies, there is a Rec Center a block away that should be open....closer than the library by my courthouse!
