Is this going to have Portable baskets or are there going to be legit baskets there?

What qualifies as legit to you? Are your standards higher than the pdga?

I guess i am not sure what the PDGA standards are. I would say any fold up basket (like my mach lite) would not be legit. I just wouldn't want to play a rating round on a basket like mine. Sometimes it goes strait through the middle, it is terrible. Great for pratice but for a round it wouldn't be.

All targets we will use will be pdga approved. At worst there may be a couple single chain disc catcher sports. He more people that volunteer a double chain the better. I would put my basket up against the single chains at jester, MacGregor and other area parks simply because the pans are deeper. It was the only basket to get aced out there last time we had a sanctioned tourney with the extra holes and on a 270' hole it's not a fluke.

All the baskets at Day-of-Course will be PDGA sanctioned baskets of course, but I'm not interested in the fabric baskets like the Mach Lite or Traveler or budget baskets like InSteps. Last time we did DoC all the baskets were metal, mostly DiscCatcher Sports, DB-5s and the HFDS baskets. Of course, DoC is built on volunteer baskets so I hope everyone has asked Santa for a Discatcher Sport or DB-5 for Christmas.

Neither meets our Birdshot standards for a tournament though.
