just got off the phone with one of the 3rd coast guys and they are really putting in some time and effort to make this a great event. they are trying to collaborate multiple vendors for am payout so as to have a huge variety and selection, possibly even vibram. nuts and bolts of this , payout could include shoes , shirts ,backpacks and all kinds of gear as well as the typical plastic,bags and baskets. straight from the horses mouth, " i'd like for players to be able to get their vouchers and 'go shopping'", also heard some talk of having just released cfr bosses. as far as pros what was said is this, "you know the money will be there". i'm in!!
