Birdshot's Date Night Doubles Series

Birdshot is holding the third of our Date Night Doubles series on Friday, July 29th with a mixed-doubles round of ten holes at MacGregor Park just south of the UH campus and dinner at Doneraki's Mexican Restaurant immediately following. This month's course offers us long and short tees so we're going to play with the men teeing off the long yellow tees and the women off the short blue tees. Bring your date, your significant other or just someone you know and come have fun playing a round of disc golf with other couples who enjoy our favorite sport. Sign-up starts at 6:00pm.

Sweet. I may go practice for this one. I'll be the only guy throwing from the blue tees.

Just a bump to let everyone know that Birdshot's new Date Night Doubles is happening this Friday at MacGregor Park. Be there between 5:30 and 6:00 for sign-up. $5 per couple, $1 individual ace pot. The guys will be playing from the long tees and the ladies from the short at MacGregor (except Patrick).

I'd say we are on for Date Night Doubles tonight. The chance of rain is only 20% so I say we throw discs to the wind and enjoy a round at MacGregor Park.

Mason on the 26th, and Doneraki's after again. That place was a blast last time.

The Brogdon's are going to bring the series up to Northside Christian Church in September.

Bump to remind everyone that the 4th Date Night Doubles is coming up this Friday. We're going to be playing Mason Park on the near Southeast side this time. Once through from the regular tees on one of Houston's best nine hole courses featuring one of the best disc golf holes in the entire city (#8).

After our round we will retreat to Doneraki's for dinner, drinks and socializing. Bring out your date and join us for a fun evening of disc golf.
