On a typical day you are correct. During a DG tournament all of the parking spots are taken. That day all of the money the course brings in will come from Disc Golf.

Regardless of the situation with the ball golf course, Andi and Don have been very helpful by offering their course at such short notice. When things started coming apart the other day Andi and Don stepped up and offered SV for the tourney. Our only other options were to either move the tourney to Sunday or cancel our June event; neither of which we wanted.

I'd rather not see us try to add the long holes into what have already been a pretty unpredictable tourney to put together. Y'all come down next Saturday and join the fun, buy some Birdshot koozies and try to nab that $500 ace.

I would bet that there will be enough parking for both groups...the fact of the matter is that even a handful of ball golfers will make Andi & Don more money than what us disc golfers will spend there....so kwitcherbellyakin!

Don't pay attention to the subject line on these posts...the tourney has definitely moved to SPRING VALLEY DISC GOLF COURSE....which is really out of the guy's yard! I will be re-posting & reminding people of this every day this week on this thread...if it seems redundant, sorry! I have to make sure everyone is aware of the change....

Turtle is a great guy and the Hippie Connection has been supportive of disc golf for some time now.
